Sugarlane is the sibling of Sugarcane (Coogee), originally established by Milan Strbac in Surry Hills in 2008, revolutionised Sydney's dining scene with its fusion of pan-Asian flavours. Drawing from his extensive experience at Longrain and travels throughout Southeast Asia, Strbac seamlessly blends Thai, Malaysian, and other regional cuisines in the heart of Lane Cove, at The Canopy.
